How does Fliich work?
Fliich works by connecting individuals with talents / hobbies / skills through the social networking.
Individuals can showcase their talents / hobbies / skills to the world and allow them to be hired for their services. -
How much does it cost to list my portfolio/profile?
It is totally FREE. You can upload up to 5 profiles!

Does Fliich act as Escrow company to hold my payment from my client?
No. All types of transactions between the buyer and the provider will be done external / outside of Fliich. Fliich acts as a social networking site that helps to connect buyer and provider.

Who can sign up to become a Fliich member?
Anyone (with a valid email address) can become a Fliich member.

How can Fliich protect my personal information?
Fliich will not share your email address or other personal information to any 3rd party. This personal information will not be shown in any part of Fliich website, not including your city, state, and country. If you find some pages that violate this, please send an email to: support@fliich.com

What should I know about using Fliich from a public computer?
When you are using Fliich in a public a computer, always remember to sign out and do not check on "remember me on this computer" in the sign in page.
Once you have signed out, please remember to close out all browsers to ensure that all sessions have been removed. -
What system requirements are needed to watch videos on Fliich?
You need to have Flash Player embedded.

Why didn't I received my activation email?
It takes 5-10 minutes for the activation email to be delivered to your inbox. If you still have not received it, please remember to check your junk mail folders.
If you still cannot find the activation email, please drop us your username and password to: support@fliich.com. We will send another activation email to your account. -

Point System

What is the Point system on Fliich?
The point system on Fliich helps to establish your abilities and reliability as a provider and buyer to other Fliich members.
The point system will be categorized into 3 categories: Service Points, Popularity Points, and Buyer Points. -
What is service point?
Service points are points that you have gained through providing service to another Fliich member.

What is popularity point?
Popularity points are points that you have gained when Fliich members view your profile, post comments, and other activities related to your profile (excluding activities that include providing services).

What is buyer point?
Buyer points are points that you have gained when Fliich members gave you a review as a buyer of their services. You will get 1 (one) Buyer Point for every service that you have bought.
These points will not contribute to your ranking in the Fliich search system. -
Why do I need the Points?
You need both Service Points and Popularity Points to promote the reliability of your service.
In addition to that, you need these points to get your profiles at the top of the search results. Profiles that have higher Service Points and Popularity Points will be ranked higher in the search results.
Buyer Points will not be used to calculate your profile ranking. However, these will act as other users' review on you as a Buyer of their services. -
How do I gain my Service Points?
You can gain your service points by providing services to other Fliich members and finishing these services.
The points will be awarded to you when the buyer of your service provides you with a review and you have approved and paid for the points. -
How much does it cost for service points?
To approve and pay for the points, it will cost 1.2% of your total service cost. If you total service cost is $100, it will merely cost $1.20.

What kind of media I can load into my showcase?
You can upload almost all types of media. This includes audio, video, and pictures.

What video file format can I upload?
AVI, MPEG, MOV, and RM.

What image file format can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, and GIF.

What Audio file format can I upload?
MP3 and WAV.

Why isn't my video/image/audio showing up in public?
Please check that you have uploaded the correct media.
If you have uploaded an audio/video type of media, Fliich will need time to convert these medias.
Finally, please ensure that your showcase is set to "Published". -
How long does it take to process a video/image/audio after it's been uploaded?
It should take around 5-15 minutes to process your video / image / audio showcases.

How long does it take to upload my file?
It depends on your Internet connection and the size of your file). If you are using a connection that allows a high upload connection (e.g. DSL), it will be faster.

What is the best format to upload for high quality?
Upload the highest format available of your file to get the best format. Please also note that there is a cap for the size of your upload size.

How long/big can my video be upload?
There is a maximum of 1024MB per upload.

Is there a limit to how many videos I can upload?
No, there is no limit. But, please beware of any redundant videos / showcases being posted. These videos might be removed by Fliich administration team.
In addition, please do not upload any file that does not belong to you. -
How do I add more showcases?
You can add more showcases by doing the following steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Click "My Pages" button.
3. Click "My Portfolio" button on the left.
4. Choose the portfolio you want to add your showcase to.
5. Click the "Edit" link in the "Showcase" bar.
6. Click "Add a new showcase".
7. Fill out your showcase information and upload your showcase. Voila~!

Why should I need to pay Fliich?
Fliich is a FREE service to connect individuals to promote / showcase their talents / hobbies.
However, Fliich has to pay for overhead costs such as hosting fees, maintenance, and payment gateway fees. Therefore, Fliich charges a minimal 1.2% fees on any finished service to cover these costs. -
What is the $0.60 transaction fee?
$0.60 is used to cover any fee related in processing the credit card charges. The main reason we are imposing these charges is mostly to cover the payment gateway fees for small charges.
You can avoid these fees by depositing some credit (a minimum of $20) into Fliich. -
What is my credit for? Why I need to deposit my credit?
Your credit will be used to pay for any service that you have provided to other Fliich members. We charge a minimal fee of 3% of your service cost.

What happen if I don't pay Fliich after I received payment from my service?
Nothing will happen. You can still use your account.
The only disadvantage is that you will not get your service points which will contribute greatly to your search rankings. -
Does Fliich keep my credit card information?
No. Your credit card information will be used for that one-time charge and discarded. There is no credit card information being stored in Fliich database for your own security.
